DELTA
TEAM
To
be a member of the DELTA (Dedicated Enthusiastic Loyal Teaching
Assistant) Team is the highest honor bestowed upon a child
student at Integrity Martial Arts, LLC. DELTA Team members
will attend monthly training meetings free of charge. During
these meetings, experts will train team members in: Communication,
De-escalation, Leadership, Excellence, Service, Teaching,
and Motivation. Many of these courses will be taught by
outside instructors. Members of the DELTA Team must be a
Shodan Black Belt and be at least twelve years old. Their
application must include a nomination from a parent, a schoolteacher
and a sensei, in addition to completing a project. Furthermore,
students must have completed a full year of the STORM Team.
Only 10 students will be admitted to the DELTA Team at any
given time. Members are entitled and required to provide
8 hours of leadership/role modeling service in the community.
Students are permitted to assist the sensei with teaching
students as their service. Unlike the STORM Team, DELTA
Team members will be allowed to assistant teach students
in their own age group.
STORM
TEAM
The
STORM (Special Team of Role Models) Team presents a level
of distinction and training normally unavailable to children.
STORM Team members will attend monthly training meetings
free of charge. During these meetings, experts will train
team members in: Communication, De-escalation, Leadership,
Excellence, Service, Teaching, and Motivation. Similar to
the DELTA Team training, many of these courses will be taught
by outside instructors. The requirements for the STORM Team
include nominations from a parent, a schoolteacher and a
sensei, in addition to completing a project. Candidates
must be at least a Junior Black Belt and 10 years old. Furthermore,
STORM Team members must maintain an Honor Roll status to
remain on the team. Only 10 students are admitted to the
STORM Team at any given time. That is to guarantee the best
quality of training available to all members. Members are
entitled and required to provide 4 hours of leadership/role
modeling service in the community. Students are permitted
to assist the sensei with teaching younger students as their
service.
SWAT
TEAM
The
SWAT (Special Winning Attitude Team) Team is a Respect Honor
Society that meets for special events several times a year.
The requirements for the SWAT Team membership include nominations
from a parent, a schoolteacher, and sensei, in addition
to completing a project. SWAT Team members also must be
in good academic standing. There is no limit to the number
of students admitted to the SWAT Team membership, nor is
there a minimum belt rank or age requirement. |
